Its frosty time again

The first frost of the season appeared a couple of mornings ago so I guess its officially the end of Summer. With 30 degree days and jumping till 9:30 in the evening now only a distant memory we can hunker down, get out our thermal pants and vests and look forward to some beautifully crystal clear days. For those thinking that Winter is the worst time of year to jump you could not be further away from the truth. More setteled weather, crisp, smooth air and sparkling days make winter an ideal time to view the white caps mountains and the glassy Marlborough Sounds.

Australia’s new Travel Adventure show "Things to try before you die" recently sent us presenter "Gary Sweet" to X into the South Island. The show that went to air just recently rated the X Flight as the Number 1 thing to do in New Zealand! This was a great honor for us especially in the light of so many other excellent New Zealand attractions that featured on the show. New Zealand is without a doubt the top place on earth to visit.

New Building

Skydive the Sounds recently moved into its flash new office at the south end of the runway and after many late nights painting, decorating and carpeting the operation finally made the move.
